Q:What's your MOQ or Can I get sample ?
A:Our MOQ usually comes to 5 pcs,but we accept the small order quantity for test.
Yes. If you place larger order next time ,the sample fee will be refundable when the order is confirmed.

Q:How do l know if you ship out my order?
A:The tracking number(DHL,UPS,FedEx,TNT,EMS etc.)or Air Waybill or B/L by Sea will be sent to you as soon as your goods are
shipped out,we also follow up the delivery and keep you informed.The helpful after service is provided-We support what very sell.

A:7 days for sample,and 15-30 days for mass production.It's depends on the quantity.

A : You can inspect by visit factory by person,or ask third party to inspection,or by picture inspection.
Q : How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A : The freight will be given by the freight company based on your Gross Weight and CBM.
Q : Can I make personalized/customized products or make customer's logo on goods?
A : Sure, Just sent us,Any logo is accepted.
